Creating device order for Patient

 The provider can order only 1 machine each of all the types of devices for the patient 

1. Click on the Device Orders option from the Main Menu.
2. The following screen will appear after clicking on the Device Order option
   
3. Select the Create Order button from the top right corner.
   
4. After clicking the Create Order button, the following screen appears:
   
5. Select Patient from the top left corner of the screen to create order for a patient
   
6. Enter the required details of the patient which include First Name, MRN, Last Name, Address Line, Zip code, City, and State. Along with this select the Device Type and list of different devices from Device List which are to be provided to the patient. Enter the Authorization Code which is unique to the provider.
   
7. Click on the Create Order button to create the order
