Patient Device Mapping Report

1. Click on Reporting in the left panel.
2. Reporting screen opens on the right
   
3.  Select Patient Device Mapping Report from the Select Report Type dropdown. 
   
4. Select Month from the dropdown for which the report has to be generated
   

5. Click on the Generate button to download the report. 
   

The Sample Patient Device Mapping Report is shown below: The headers of the report are explained below:

Patient Name – Name of the patient registered. 

MRN – Monitoring Report Number of the patient provided by the hospital

DOB – Patient's Date of Birth 

Phone – Patient's contact number 

Email – Email of the patient

Device Type – Type of the device (Cellular/Bluetooth) allotted to the patient 

Device 1 – Name of the Device

Serial no. – Serial number of the device
