Patient Compliance Report

  1. Click on Reporting in the left panel.
  2. Reporting screen opens on the right
  3.  Select Patient Compliance Report from the Select Report Type dropdown. 
  4. Select Month from the dropdown for which the report has to be generated
  5. Click on the Generate button to download the report. 

The Sample Patient Compliance Report is shown below The report is generated for the last 3 months and the headers of the report are explained below:

Patient Name – Name of the patient registered. 

DOB – Patient's Date of Birth 

Phone – Patient's contact number 

Doctor in Charge – Current doctor in charge of the patient

Start Date - Patient’s monitoring start date. 

Monitoring Status - Monitoring status can be Active or Inactive. 

Monitoring Off Date - The monitoring end date is available when the patient's Monitoring Status is Inactive.

Last Reading Date - The last date on which the patient took his/her reading.

Days on RPM - “Days on RPM” are the total nos of days for which the patient has taken vitals reading either 'Manually' or via 'Devices' which is updated in the Patient Management Database. 

Current Period - No of days in a month

Current Month Active Days (Example: June) - No of days the patient has actively taken readings in this month

Current Month % (Example: June) - Percentage of the days the patient has taken readings for the month

Current Month RPM Time (Example: June) - Total time spent by the nurses and doctors on the patient for the month.    

Previous Month Active Days (Example: May) - No of days the patient has actively taken readings in this month

Previous Month % (Example: May) - Percentage of the days the patient has taken readings for the month

Previous Month RPM Time (Example: May) - Total time spent by the nurses and doctors on the patient for the month.    

Previous to Previous Month Active Days (Example: April) - No of days the patient has actively taken readings in this month

Previous to Previous Month % (Example: April) - Percentage of the days the patient has taken readings for the month

Previous to Previous Month RPM Time (Example: April) - Total time spent by the nurses and doctors on the patient for the month.
