Orders Report

1. Click on Reporting in the left panel.
2. Reporting screen opens on the right
   
3.  Select Orders from the Select Report Type dropdown. 
   
4. Select Month from the dropdown for which the report has to be generated

5. Click on the Generate button to download the report. 
   

The Sample Order Report is shown below: The headers of the report are explained below:

Order No. - Unique ID of the order

Order Type - Order for Either Patient or Provider

Shipped to - Name to which the Device/Devices will be shipped

Order Date - Date on which the order is issued

Street name - Street address on which the device will be shipped

City - City in which the shipping address is located

State - State in which the state address is located

Zipcode - Unique zipcode of the Address 

MRN No. - Monitoring Report Number of the patient provided by the hospital 

Device type - The type of device (Cellular/Bluetooth)

Device Model - Model name of the device

Serial Number - Device serial number

Quantity - Number of devices ordered (Only Provider orders can have more than 1 device)
