Types of Order Status in Device Ordering

There are 6 Order Statuses of a Device Order

  1. Submitted
    • At this stage, the order has just been created and is due for processing.
  2. Processing
    • At this stage, the order is being processed meaning getting ready and being consolidated into one package.
  3. Pending
    • At this stage, the order has been processed and is awaiting Delivery Pickup from the warehouse.
  4. Fulfilled
    • At this stage, the order has been picked up by the courier and the tracking number is visible in the device order database, meaning the order has been fulfilled by the service provider.
  5. Delivered
    • At this stage, the order has been delivered by courier to the desired location, whether patient or providers address.
  6. Completed
    • At this stage, the order has been completely fulfilled and delivered to the desired address, hence getting marked as completed.
