Filter by Order Status

1.Click on Device Order on the left panel. 

2.Click on Order Status filter in the right window. 

 

3.Clicking on Order Status the following options are displayed in the dropdown. 

 

4. Select any one option. 

5. Click on Apply 

6. It will display records of the patients as per the selection made. 

Order statuses explained:  

1. Pending: This is the status for a newly created order for the devices.   

2. Submitted: This is the status when the order is accepted by the warehouse where packaging is in progress.

3. ProcessingThis is the status when the order is ready to be shipped.  

4. Fulfilled: Order is fulfilled and ready to dispatchActions can be add/edit - tracking details  

5. Exception: This means there are some issues with the delivery endpoint e.g nobody to pick up the courier. 

6. Delivered: This is the status when a device is delivered to the patient. Actions can be add/edit - tracking details  

7. Completed: This is the status when the order is successfully delivered from the vendor side and no more action is needed.  Actions can be add/edit- tracking details
