Adding New Patient

Before creating a new Patient, you must create at least 1 Provider and 1 Nurse using the Administration module.  Otherwise, you will not be allowed to save the Patient without these details.  Please ask your administrator for help.


1.  In order to create New Patient,  you need to click on the Patient Management module on the left-hand side.   You will see the "Add Patient" button on the top right corner. 


2. Fill up the Patient Info,  Health Info, Monitoring Dates,  Device (Bluetooth or Cellular),  Care given Info,  and Assigned to Provider and Nurse.


3. You must have a mobile number to select Bluetooth devices, as the phone is needed in order to pair the device.


4. For Cellular devices, please make sure you have given the correct device serial number otherwise the patient data can be incorrectly mapped.


5. Select the default settings or edit the patient alert range.   Frequency of each vital will send reminders to patient appropriately.


6. Monitoring Status ON is needed in order to activate the Patient.


7. Patient will receive Invitation Code on mobile number and email.


The invitation code expires after 7 days.  You can resend the code again through Patient Management screen (and click Resend Activation Code).
