In case of any new patient or a first-time user of HealthArc Mobile Application, the provider can guide the patient step by step regarding the functionalities of the Mobile Application. This can happen with the Mobile Support feature of HealthArc Portal. Using Mobile Support, the Provider can have remote access to the patient's mobile screen which will be visible on the web portal. Once the screen is visible, the provider will be able to guide, take actions or write text on the patient's screen.
