Ways to connect to Patient Screen

If the patient faces any issue with their HealthArc mobile application, the practices can help patients in resolving the issue by accessing their mobile screen remotely from HealthArc web portal.


  1. Click Mobile Support button from the Main Menu 
  2. The following screen will appear on clicking the Mobile support option:
  3. If the Patient has already logged into the app, his device will be listed on the above-mentioned screen. Click on the 'connect' button on the right-most corner of the patient's device name.
  4. Ask the patient for approval.
  5. Once the Patient approves the request, the provider will have remote access to the patient's screen
  6. If the patient is not logged in or He/She is unable to log in, ask him to click on the question mark which is at the top right corner of the screen after the patient opens the application.
  7. Once the patient clicks on the question mark, the app will display an option to connect to a remote agent.
  8. Ask the patient to click on the option and provide the practice with the six-digit code which appears on the mobile app.
  9. Once the patient provides the six-digit code, go to the top right corner of the screen.  Click on the option 'Enter a code'.
  10. After clicking on the option, enter the six-digit code given by the patient.
  11. Ask the patient for approval.
  12. Once the patient approves the request, the provider will have remote access to the patient's screen.
  13. As soon as the provider gets access of the Patient's screen, the following screen appears on the web portal:
  14. Select the options which are on the left-hand side of the screen to guide the patient.
  15. Select the option to highlight any button on the patient's screen in order to make the patient learn the steps.
  16. Select the  option to draw something on the patient's screen to make him/her understand the application.
  17. Select the  option to have the remote control so that actions can be taken on the patient's mobile application.
  18. Select the  option to delete the text/drawing which was drawn using the pencil on the patient's screen
  19. To end the remote screen sharing, disconnect using the  option which is the bottom-most option on the left side of the screen.
