How to send and receive In-App Messages

Click on Inbox from the Main Menu
After clicking on the Main Menu, the following screen would appear:
Select the In App Notification from the top left corner of the screen
After clicking the In App Notification , type the Name of the Patient to whom the message has to be sent in the Search Patient Bar
After typing the name of the Patient, it will be displayed in the list. Select the Name from the list.
A conversation box will appear on the right of the screen as shown below
The messages received or sent to the patient would be visible in this conversation box.
Bring the cursor on Type a message and start typing the message which is to be sent to the Patient.
Click on Send to send the message.
If the Patient has sent any message it will flash next to the patient's name in the Patient's list.
