How do I clock offline time

  1. Click on the Dashboard from the Main Menu. The following screen will appear
  2. The following timer appears at the right-most corner of the Patient's record displaying the total time spent on a patient by the health care provider

  4. Select the extra time which is to be added manually for the offline service by clicking on the drop-down menu under the Add Extra Time option. Also, select the activity for which the time is being added from the drop-down option next to Activity for.

  5. Click on Save button which is at the bottom

  6. The offline time will get recorded for the Patient
