While using the In App or SMS function, will the time be clocked in the patients database?

Yes, the time is clocked while messaging the patient whether it In App or SMS messages. 

The Clock timer can be seen on the top right corner of the messaging screen.

  • If it's a discussion with the patient, the time will be clocked as long as the dialogue continues in an active window from the healthcare provider's side.
  • If the provider closes the discussion window, the time is not clocked until the provider reopens the chat window to communicate.
