Yes, the time is clocked while messaging the patient whether it In App or SMS messages.
The Clock timer can be seen on the top right corner of the messaging screen.
- If it's a discussion with the patient, the time will be clocked as long as the dialogue continues in an active window from the healthcare provider's side.
- If the provider closes the discussion window, the time is not clocked until the provider reopens the chat window to communicate.
