What if my chat loader keeps loading?

If the chat loader keeps loading then the following are the ways to solve the issue:

  1. Check your internet connection on the computer or mobile.
  2. Refresh the browser window 
  3. If you are on the app then close the HealthArc App and open it again.
  4. If the above solutions don't work then log out from the account on the browser or on the HealthArc App.
