It's a method to chat with the patient to solve his/her issue.
Step 1: On the Dashboard, search for the patient profile to open a conversation.
Step 2: After the patient search is complete, click on the Open Conversation icon to open a chat window at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: Type the message that needs to be sent and press Enter to send.
Step 4: The patient will receive the message and revert back which can be seen in the chat box.
