Changing account details

One must have Administrator access to update account details like the first name, last name, phone number, location or role, anytime by following these steps:


  1. Click Users on the left menu bar under Administration
  2. You would see all Users in the List, click Edit Icon for the user you want to change.
  3. Click save after completing all the updates.


In case you want to activate an existing user, click on the Activate button in order to give access to that user.


If someone has left your organization, you can deactivate a user by clicking on the Deactivate button.


Note: You cannot modify the email address associated with the account.  You have to create a new account with new email address (preferably within your business domain)
