What is a Patient Profile?

A Patient profile consists of tabs that include the patient's detail and information about the Patient's vital who is registered to the provider. It includes the below-mentioned details:

  1. A Section under the Patient Detail Tab displays a unique Patient ID called MRN along with the Patient's personal details like E-Mail, Postal Address, Phone Number, DOB, Gender, etc.
  2. Below the Personal Details section are the Previous Notes which had been added for the Patient.
  3. Below the Previous Notes Section is the Notes Section from where notes can be added for the Patient
  4. On the right-hand side of the patient's profile is the Patient Care Plan which includes detail of set ranges of vitals for the patient.
  5. On the top right is the Edit Patient Option from where the patient's profile can be edited.
  6. On the top are the Tabs for all the Vitals for which the Patient is being Monitored.
     
  7. Under each Tab there are past readings of the vitals along with the compliance, reading distribution, and summary.
