- In a patient care plan, the default settings can be established comprising of preset ranges of the vitals at the provider's level
- Ranges can be set for the following vitals at the Provider's Level:
- Blood Pressure (mmHg)
- BMI (Kg/m2)
- Glucose (mg/dL)
- SpO2 (%)
- Pulse (bpm)
- Temperature (Fahrenheit)
- These ranges can be divided into different categories depending on the severity of the patient's vital. These categories are explained as below:
- Green indicates normal
- Orange indicates warning
- Red indicates Emergency
- Intervention Notes can also be added for a particular vital. It mentions the preset range of vitals at the Provider's Level. If default Intervention Notes are set for a particular patient by editing his/her profile, the same note will appear automatically for the respective vital which has been set in the Patient Care Plan
