What is a Patient Care Plan?

  1. In a patient care plan, the default settings can be established comprising of preset ranges of the vitals at the provider's level
  2. Ranges can be set for the following vitals at the Provider's Level:
    1. Blood Pressure (mmHg)
    2. BMI (Kg/m2)
    3. Glucose (mg/dL)
    4. SpO2 (%)
    5. Pulse (bpm)
    6. Temperature (Fahrenheit)
  3. These ranges can be divided into different categories depending on the severity of the patient's vital. These categories are explained as below:  
  1. Green indicates normal      
  2. Orange indicates warning  
  3. Red  indicates Emergency 
  1. Intervention Notes can also be added for a particular vital. It mentions the preset range of vitals at the Provider's Level. If default Intervention Notes are set for a particular patient by editing his/her profile, the same note will appear automatically for the respective vital which has been set in the Patient Care Plan
