User Record is the List of Users on the HealthArc Portal.
The types of users are mainly 1. Admin, 2. Doctor, 3. Nurse
- To access the User Record, Move the Cursor on Administration which is on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Users to open the User Records on the right.
The list contains the following details: Name, Email, Mobile Number, Type of user, Location of the Provider, Action. - From this list, the user can be deactivated or activated.
- If the user hasn't created his HealthArc account and the password link has expired, the admin can send the password from the action list again.
