Adding Notes through Patient Management

  1. Click on the Patient Management button on the Main Menu.
  2. After clicking on the Patient Management button, the following screen will appear:
  3. Next to each Patient Record, the following icons are displayed
  4. Click on the second icon from the left shown below:
  5. After clicking the above  icon the following pop-up appears:

  6. Notes can be added for the patient in the text box under Patient Notes. Make sure to mention the activity for which the note is being added i.e. RPM or CCM.
     
  7. Once the note has been added, click on the Save button which is given at the bottom
