Resend Code to the Patient

  1. Login to the HealthArc Provider portal. 
  2. Click on Patient Management from the left panel. 
  3. Search for the patient to whom the code needs to be resent. 
  4. For the selected patient click on the Resend Code option which is at the right-most corner as shown.
  5.  The patient will receive the invitation code along with a link to download the mobile app.
  6. If the patient has not downloaded the mobile app, the link will take the patient to the play store or the apple store to download the app.
  7. If the Patient has already downloaded the mobile app, then the patient must go to the App and Enter his/her registered phone Number along with the six-digit code which has been sent through SMS in the below-mentioned screen.
