1. Click on Patient Management on the left panel.
2. Go to the Time Spent sorting filter in the right window. 
3. By default the Time Spent are listed in ascending order.
4. Click on the arrow to sort Time Spent in descending order.
5. Click on the arrow again to sort Time Spent in ascending order.
